Standard setup is classroom style for 26 people (16 people with one person per table) with 5' tables and can be setup as desired. Ideal space for meetings, presentations, classes, training, workshops, and discussions. ADA accessible, onsite restaurants and walking distance to multiple others. Access to common area. Additional classrooms and small breakout rooms available. Discount given for non-profit or community groups. Rates: • $200 Half Day (4-hours) • $330 Full Day (8-Hours)

We are a medical education company and as such have always had a extensive cleaning policy. We have reconfigured the classrooms to have 1 person per table (classroom style) to allow for distancing within the classroom.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
