About the Space
The cottage is a perfect location for photo shoots, video production, events and dinners. Built in 1896, it is the first dwelling in its Queen Anne neighborhood, with a large landscaped and wooded lot. The kitchen is fully stocked for shooting images and video with food content.
We have hosted several photographers and videographers. All have been thoroughly impressed with the light, space, and natural sounds.
We have held events of up to 30 people fitting comfortably while being delighted by the charm and beauty of the home.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
