Very flexible hours to accommodate all types of schedules and industries - meeting room is available between 8:00 am and 8:00 pm, 7 days a week. Located across the street from a great selection of restaurants and retail shops! Urgent care facility, gas station, ATM and historic Senator Theater also nearby. All common surfaces (doorknobs, elevator buttons, light switches, table surfaces, chair arms, telephones) are cleaned and sanitized before and after all rental client projects. Entire office is cleaned and sanitized before and after all rental client projects. Restrooms, kitchen, green room and makeup room are given special cleaning & sanitation attention before and after all rental client projects. If on-staff makeup artist is hired with the space, she has earned a certificate in Sanitation for Makeup Artists from Sanitation Conversation.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
