large showroom/warehouse space packed with unique architectural antiques. Various set and backdrop opportunities from vingettes to more industrial workshop spaces with a lot of more open showroom space in-between. Naturally lit areas with large steel windows as well as tighter darker spaces. Ideal backdrop for photoshoots and videos, both of which have been successfully shot here in the past. Larger/longer productions more of a problem as the warehouse is a going concern.

All of the customer contact areas are sanitized one to two times a day. Social distancing is not a problem (we have 30,000 square foot)
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
