Formerly a motorcycle shop and before that a lumber yard, our space was recently converted into an office/lounge space. Located on vibrant East Cesar Chavez Street, we are 1 mile from downtown and 5 miles from the airport. Excellent for meetings, events, happy hour's, film shoots, etc. Large conference/dining tables, multiple comfortable seating areas, bar, separate glass walled conference room, kitchenette, outdoor patio, and recording studio. We share the building with Intero restaurant, who can provide custom food options for your event. Tastefully decorated with multiple lighting options. Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
