Newly remodeled home and has a nice backyard with a fire place, patio set and BBQ. 15mins from Six Flags Magic Mountain, close to San Fernando Valley and just a short drive to Los Angeles. This is a very friendly neighborhood with many shops, grocery stores, gas stations, restaurants, parks, Movie theaters and mall all with in close proximity.

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
