About 3800SF of building space - Huge metal hangar with car access, boxing ring, restroom, MUA area for photo and filming productions. All our spaces are booked very quickly! Availability times are VERY time-sensitive. Your booking request should include the time for set up and break down. Reservations are placed back to back. Please keep this in mind while requesting your booking. A heavy punching bag is installed in the center of the boxing ring. You can remove it during your booking if needed, but it must be placed back before your session ends! Please note that we are not able to remove the bag prior to your booking start time. If punching bag is not returned to it's original position - we have to charge a $50 fee. A scissor lift is available inside the studio for additional $50 usage fee. You can only use the lift inside the studio area. Lift should not be taken outside of the studio gate! Included with the Stage rental (already inside the stage) EQUIPMENT: 1 x wireless trigger, 1 x receiver, 3 x alien bees DB800, 3 x alien bees power cords, 3 x light modifiers – what is available in the studio or reception area, 3 x c-stands 3 x sandbags, 3 x a-clamps, 2 x extension cords, 1 x power strip, 1 x full apple box, 1 x rolling cart Also inside the stage: - make up station with dimmable lights and two stools, - 1 x clothing rack (no hangers), - 1 x full body mirror, - changing area, - 1 x speaker with bluetooth/aux cord, - mini fridge. Provided at NO EXTRA COST upon request (shared between all the stages, subject to availability): -extra sandbags, -extra a-clamps, -extra apple boxes, -extra extension cords, -c-stand arms, -additional c-stands, -lastolite reflectors, -fans, -studio stools, -steamer. Note: We don't have A/C in this studio. FREE paper backdrops for portraits! If backdrops do not touch the floor. We got lots of different colored paper backdrops at the reception area, - Backdrops are FREE if you are shooting portraits and don’t roll out the backdrop on a floor, don’t step on it or damage it. But if the backdrop got damaged anyways (wrinkled, stained, ripped, bent, etc.) - $29.99 rate. - One sweep (up to 6 ft on the floor) of the backdrop during the shoot that we had to cut. damaged a portion of the backdrop: left footprints, ripped, wrinkled, stained, scratched it, etc. - flat $29.99 fee. - Several sweeps (more than 6 ft on the floor) of backdrop, had to be cut the backdrop multiple times. In such a case the client has to pay $59. If you'd like to buy the whole backdrop or damage the whole roll – it’s $75. Rates exclude cleaning/damage fees (billed only upon occurrence). An additional strobe head is available at $35 (includes a strobe, a c-stand, power cord and an available light modifier). Stage is not soundproof (there might be noise as music/speech and street sounds). There is no way to discern the level of noise we have here from day to day, for it is never the same. It all depends on who is shooting what and of course, there is the ambient noise coming from the street/ outside (cars, music from the stage next door) From past experience - it should be ok if you are using the mic, but again there is no guarantee.
