About the Space
House has a downstairs available with a kitchen, living, bathroom, and spare room. The spare room can be used for storage of belongings, make-up & hair, wardrobe, and general usage. Only the downstairs is available for rental. Upstairs is temporarily off-limits. The kitchen is pretty open. The downstairs is pretty bare and plane which allows for rearrangement and props to be utilized. Great space for short films, general productions, photoshoots, music videos, and other creative projects.

Before / After - We sanitize the downstairs with disinfectant wipes including all counters, handles, and shared appliances.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
