About the Space
1,500 sq. ft. studio in the heart of Santa Monica with a clean white cyclorama wall and 30 ft. high ceilings. The wall measures 25 feet x 9 feet. There is a large bay door (11 feet x 10 feet) that can be used to load and unload equipment. Skylights throughout provide beautiful natural lighting, but can be covered. Space will be cleared and cyc wall painted prior to your use, unless requested otherwise. NOTE: IF SKYLIGHTS NEED TO BE BLACKED OUT, THIS MUST BE REQUESTED AT LEAST 24 HOURS PRIOR TO START TIME OR AN ADDITIONAL FEE WILL INCUR. Bookings are spaced out to allow time to thoroughly clean between guests. Among other cleaning, all trash is removed and surfaces are disinfected. Our large bay door can be opened to allow for air flow during your rental.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
