Our large conference room has lots of windows allowing natural light in. You also get access our kitchen and lounge. This room can accommodate up to 16 people seated around the large conference room table. There are two large glass whiteboards, reaching across one wall with a credenza beside it. Use of a state-of-the-art flat screen monitor with both HDMI and Ethernet connections, as well as high-quality speaker phone capabilities are included. Lighting is dimmable and window shades are installed for additional darkening and privacy, as needed. While using our conference rooms, you and your guests are welcome to enjoy our complimentary coffee, tea and filtered water. The Business Center Manager is at the front desk Mon-Fri 9am-5pm, and cleans 3 common surfaces three times per day in order to keep members/clients safe. We also have a professional janitor who cleans common areas, meeting rooms and offices 3 times per week.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
