The Historic Crystal Springs Inn

This 1890 Victorian Farmhouse is conveniently located minutes off the i80 in Alta, CA. (Mid-way between Reno and Sacramento) We have 3 floors of beautiful spacious rooms to rent. Our common areas include and Kitchen/Dining room, Media Room, Parlor, Office/Study and our famous front porch! (What we’re lacking is internet, but you can easily toggle from your phone if it’s absolutely needed!) Our home is 4700 square feet, with the top floor being a 700 sq ft penthouse with a jacuzzi tub and large shower. Beautiful double-hung windows throughout the home give plenty of beautiful light to each room. We normally function as a Bed and Breakfast, but with this whole home rental you'll have the whole house (no breakfast or hosts included) to yourselves. We have a Parlor with a piano and many board games, a Media Room with comfy couches and plenty of DVD movies to choose from. We also have a Study/Office that can serve as another bedroom/sleeping space. Our front porch is where we gather to have a cocktail or sweet tea and share stories and laughter. When weather permits, we gather around the fire pit instead. You will have access to the pool, and by renting our property you assume all risk associated with the pool. THERE ARE NO SAFETY FENCES IN THE POOL AREA. Interior of our garage/workshop will be off limits during the rental period. Other things to note There is NO WIFI INTERNET available, but we are in a great spot for cell reception. We are conveniently close to the freeway, but this does translate to noise in certain rooms and during filming outside. We are within 15 minutes of Rollins Lake and we are co-owners of a boat rental company located there - we have SUP. kayaks, canoes and motorized boats (pontoon and ski) for rent on a daily basis. Just ask!
