More parking available at those times. The unit has WIFI and is accessible by elevator. It is fairly quiet during the day. In the evenings and weekends there is no noise at all since the other units are empty.

Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
