The Barn: •The downstairs of the barn has a welcome barn and beautiful French antiques all around. The upstairs is a very large open, high ceiling space that can accommodate up to 50 people. •There is a kitchen upstairs and a restroom. The grounds are stunning and lots of room for guests to stretch their legs. Visit the miniature horse "Party Girl" and meet the brood of hens. Set-up and tear-down time will need to be included in the hours and timeframe that you book. This is an ideal space for celebrations, yoga classes, private events & more!

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
