1,500 sq. ft. studio in the heart of Santa Monica with a clean white cyclorama wall and 24 ft. high ceilings. Ideal for any project, from an intimate photo shoot to full-scale video production. Skylights and garage door provides beautiful natural lighting. If you need the skylights covered, please request in advance. Space also includes: Dressing/ makeup room Conference room Fridge/small kitchen area Bathroom 2 designated parking spots Garage door to move in/out large items Skylights (can be blacked out upon request)

Health and Safety Measures

Bookings are spaced out to allow time to thoroughly clean between guests. Among other cleaning, all trash is removed and surfaces are disinfected. Our large bay door can be opened to allow for air flow during your rental.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
