About the Space:
Fairy Hill Home Studio is a 2250 sq ft open space, plus one acre outdoor lush garden area featuring huge windows with Mediterranean columns and statues and a pond on one full side. The studio is beautifully decorated.
Studio has been used for photo shoots and films
*** Your setup / clean up has to be WITHIN your booking period. The starting time you've booked here might be landing exactly right after the other group's booking period as there is no a way to put buffer in between booking here. Please ASK to confirm.
*** Please note, this is NOT a sound proof space. We would highly recommend bringing in great audio recording equipment and sound proofing tools as we could not control the sound from our surrounding area.
*** We have a small waterfall running..if you need it quiet please let us know so that we can unplug it for you

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Cleaning and disinfecting will take place prior to booking for bathrooms and hard surfaces
Enhanced cleaning measures:
The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from the CDC
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
* Hosts with more than 5 guests must remove all garbage and trash off the property and take it with them. Failure to do so will result in $300 fine.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
