Lights, Camera, ACTION! Photographers, Models, Content Creators....This one's for you! We all love options, so picture not only large windows with limited window treatments when all the natural light is needed for a great photo opp. But also, the option black-out the natural light entirely & dim the ceiling fan lighting to really set the mood for your "night-time" creations. Removable/Cover-able wall decor offers the option for a very 'day in the life' space for podcasting, cooking, and commercial media content. We've spruced up the space since these photos with an ode to Houston hip hop culture for the creatives who want to let their following know just how H-town they really are. Those photos coming soon. Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The space is aired out after each booking during cleaning. Air and Surfaces are thoroughly disinfected and cleaned with Lysol aerosol spray and bleach. All used linens are laundered and floors swept.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
