About the Space
Our seminar room in Flatiron offers space in one of NYC’s hottest and most happening neighborhoods. It is very suitable for any type of meeting, conference, seminar, presentation or corporate party. The atmosphere is extremely comfortable, yet the professional vibe is still the point of focus. The room can be accessed by the front of the office and from our break room. There are power outlets and ethernet ports in the center of the room as well as along the walls.
You must book this room for the entire day or evening session.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
