The house has 10+ floor to ceiling windows, a full wet bar and rich with random history pieces including a lot of classic boxing along with Rock 'n roll and some pop culture. Everything in the house tells a story. The Jacuzzi is called "Bret Michaels Hot Tub" because of its vibrant red color, 72 jets, waterfall, infinity edge, Bluetooth mic enabled w/ speakers, sub and several different LED light features. The house also comes with a huge 100+ pound African spurred sulcata tortoise. Great for weddings, parties, socials, product shoots, commercial shoots, adult shoots and any type of entertaining. The backyard is a sprawling half acre with endless possibilities. The House also comes with 106in projector screen.

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
