Modern Venice Beach House w/ Private Patio

Our house is ideally located in the quiet and easy access part of Venice from the 110. Just a couple houses down from Lincoln Blvd and a couple blocks from Rose Ave. Vernon is a wide street with plenty of street parking and easy street level unloading access to the house. A bigger parking lot is available just 2 houses up the street. The house has a chic, minimal contemporary feel with beautiful natural light all day long. From 7am when the sun rises East, a soft light fills up the living room up until 7/7:30pm when it sets, giving a golden light through the kitchen, dining room, living room and patio area. The big windows and white walls enhance the brightness of the house and make it suitable for shooting at anytime of the day and with different feels. Wood flooring covers the entire house besides the white hexagon tile in the bathroom. All rooms in the house are accessible. The front patio can be used for shooting, as well as lunchtime and/or crafty using the big 8ft wooden table which seats approximately 10 people comfortably. As a set designer and prop stylist myself, I understand the needs and rigor of a set and I would be happy to assist and help if needed. That being said, we have a unique collection of curated objects (ceramics, glassware, plants, furniture...) and other rare props that can be used for shooting and product shots (please inquire).
