Ground floor in a quiet neighborhood 160 sq foot studio (18x9, 8' ceiling). Each wall has specifically designed vignettes giving you 6 customized backgrounds to shoot against with no work! I also have a black screen, green screen, and white screen which can be mounted on moveable stands to place wherever you like within the studio. I also have 7300 lumen LED lighting kit (2 lights on tripod stands) fully dimmable and fully adjustable temperature 3200-5600k. There is also a back garden and alley which can be used for 3 additional backgrounds (50 sq ft). Plenty of dedicated outlets to handle loads of film and photo gear with no hassle. Fully climate controlled space with fan for ventilation as well as fanography if desired. Convection wall heater for cold days. Large sliding glass door for easy loading in and out-and tons of natural light, split barn door for backdrop use. Restrooms on site can be used for additional fee or there are free public ones at the park across the street. Tons of street parking and dedicated driveway if necessary. Large 450 sq foot patio right outside the sliding door entrance which can be used for shots, staging, or holding area. Keyless entry for quick and easy bookings and coming and going.

COVID POLICIES: Spaces are cleaned with CDC approved disinfectants prior to and after shoots, guests are encouraged to do their own cleaning as well with products that will NOT damage any household items. I also use UV-C light in harder to reach and high traffic areas. ALL guests must wear masks and gloves during the shoot (not provided, additional fee if I must provide) must social distance so # of guests will be limited, I must be provided a document prior to the shoot containing all guest name, number, and email for contact tracing. Areas designated for shooting must be decided prior to shoot-all other areas of the property will be closed to guests to limit cleaning, use of unauthorized spaces will result in additional cleaning fees. A waiver must be signed by all guests stating they are in good health and have been practicing social distancing and healthy hygiene/mask wearing, etc and that this space is not liable for any reason whatsoever. Anyone breaking any COVID policies will be asked to leave immediately, no refunds will be issued.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
