About the Space
The perfect outdoor space for SMALL intimate gatherings. Suitable for: photo shoots, product launches, birthday gatherings, showers, fundraisers, brunches, gender reveals, small family gatherings or pop-up events. Two miles away from the closest metro. Outdoor seating: Maximum 30 guests. Rental includes access to backyard, kitchenette with mini fridge (no oven or stove), and use of bathroom. **Tables and chairs, as shown in the pictures, can be provided at an additional charge. Please see add on page for more info. We encourage ONE complementary walk through of the the space PRIOR to booking. Please feel free to reach out for an available time BEFORE booking. Serious inquiries only please. NEW FOR 2024 ADDITIONAL SPACE OPTIONS: Two separate space options can be made available for an additional fee 1.) INDOOR: Access to a living room area or 2.) OUTDOOR: Access to the upper level deck. Please see add on page for pictures. **Tables and chairs are available for a flat fee. Please see add on page. Sweep and clean the space. Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer. Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances. Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
