Hollywood based production team and studio space run by passionate industry professionals with a host of lighting, camera, and dit eq available for rent. Conveniently located in East Hollywood near Silver lake. Our open bow-truss style 3000 sq ft studio and private open air side yard are tailored to be as flexible as possible for your next production. We feature a beautiful 18X22’X11ft high corner Cyc wall. 100amp dedicated lunchbox in the studio, ground level load in and on-sight parking. Wall mounted iPad jukebox with powerful sound system. Dedicated makeup/green room. Multiple bathrooms and dedicated client fridge. Our Location Manager will always be on-site during shoots and available to help your team with any additional eq needs. Please note there is a $100 paint and cleaning fee added to all bookings.

Our space is disinfected after all rentals. Rental grip equipment and makeup stations are throughly sanitized. We have a large on-site private side yard in order to offer extra team members space to socially distance during productions.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
