(Can include an Executive Chef (for the right price)) The kitchen is approximately 600 sq. ft. Kitchen designed by a professional chef. Lots of LED lighting and electricity. It can accommodate 20 amp of electricity for the film crew. House located on a cul-de-sac - so plenty of parking available for film crews/trucks. High-speed internet is available throughout the house.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We use Clorox Bleach spray to sanitize and disinfect all surface areas and keep hand sanitizer throughout the house. We also use Lysol spray to spray the house for any airborne particles. We also use Odorban to clean and sanitze the floors.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
