We have something for every stage of a growing business. • We have onsite executive suites (offices) fully inclusive for use 24/7 – they could work at night/weekends to limit people contact in their nice private office. Many companies also want to downsize and get rid of their lease and come to an all inclusive place like OA so they have a fighting chance to rebuild and come out strong with the comeback • We also have the hourly rentals – Hourly offices, conference rooms and two training rooms that people could use for their business needs. These rent by the hour, day, or week. • We have virtual services that help people who transitioned to their home by providing a virtual address for their business, a place for business continuity and to get mail/packages and receptionist service as well as admin services. Our staff keep everything clean with disinfectant after every use. We have Strict observation to make sure we notice when anything in the offices have been touched everything is cleaned and disinfected.
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
