About the Space
This ideal space on the West side of Metro Atlanta in Villa Rica is a great place for all kind of events including parties, celebrations, reunions, meetings, bible studies, audio and video recording and more. The modern barn look and feel has a cozy and comfortable atmosphere well suited for a variety of events.
We have hosted several productions including band rehearsals, Jazz band video recordings for streaming, birthday parties for children, wedding showers and more.

Health and Safety Measures
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
* Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
* Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
* Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
* Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
* Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
