The house is situated on a 31,000 sq ft double lot in Beverly Hills Post Office. The backyard has its own entrance from Coldwater Canyon. The backyard consists of different spaces including a pool, basketball/sports court, outdoor dining era, ping pong table, hammock area, 12 person firepit, outdoor covered BBQ and kitchen with sink, stove and pizza oven.
The backyard is surrounded by 10 outdoor speakers that will be loud enough for any party. The system is controlled by Control 4 and has access to SONOS for all music.
Guest have access from outdoor to remodeled master bathroom.
