Our one-of-a-kind 3,000 sq. ft. outdoor art space provides a vibrant, private setting perfect for photography, videography, content creation, interviews, brand shoots, music videos, and other small productions. Conveniently located near the I-5 and I-8 freeways, the space is filled with large-scale art installations, colorful murals, and unique creative elements that make every corner camera-ready. When not reserved, the property serves as a collaborative artist workspace, giving it an authentic, artistic atmosphere unlike a traditional studio. The lot is not visible from the street, offering privacy for your production. This rental is intended for small productions of up to 10 people only. Photography, videography, and content creation only. No parties, receptions, workshops, performances, classes, or other events. No amplified music or loud audio after 10:00 PM. No illegal activities. Please respect the artwork, studio spaces, and any areas marked as off-limits. Smoking is permitted, but a $5 fee will be charged for each cigarette butt left behind and a $25 fee for any cigarette burns on furniture or property. Furniture and artwork may only be moved with prior approval and must be returned to their original locations.
