About the Space
Hi there! This is a beautiful corner loft studio with lovely natural light in historic downtown Los Angeles. The space has 12 large windows, a great view, and is around 1000 square feet. It is perfect for photo shoots (editorials, e-commerce, lifestyle), video shoots, board game nights, or a break from the city. Close to Little Tokyo, and the Arts District in DTLA! It is fully furnished, with a private bathroom and full kitchen. I have a white seamless backdrop for ecomm ($4 a foot) or studio shoots, and c-stands that are included, as well as Profoto lights and a Sony A7R3 that can be rented. This is a lived in space, so furniture, plants etc. may not be exactly as pictured, as we move things around from time to time - please ask if you need something specific.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
