Hi there! This is a beautiful loft with lovely natural light in historic downtown Los Angeles. The space is a corner loft with 12 large windows, a great view, and 900 square feet. It is perfect for photo shoots, video shoots, board game nights, or a break from the city. Close to Little Tokyo, and the Arts District! It is fully furnished, with a private bathroom and full kitchen. I have a white seamless backdrop, Profoto lights, c-stands, and a Sony a7R III available for rent as well.

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
