Lots of light from floor to ceiling windows and skylights. Lots of power (110 & 220 with 2 Pannels), free parking, and wide-open availability. There are 4 large screen TV's. 1 in the board room and 3 in the main bullpen/desk area. All are accessible from a single switch box via HDMI. This location is used by a technology company, so all the monitors on the desks are new and match. For parking, there are about 45+ available street parking spots on the surrounding streets: Foothill blvd, Hill Street, & Chevy Chase. Our back parking lot holds about 8-9 cars as well. FYI there is basically NO PARKING allowed in the private lots that surround our building If even one car is noticed breaking this rule, there will be a minimum charge of $455. (7spaces @ $65 space minimum charge for each private parking lot space used by the crew) However, if you'd like, you may rent extra parking. The bigger back lot across the alley from our lot, allows us rent out up to 3 rows on the westside of the lot. You can rent those extra spaces through us as well. That lot rents out by the row & up to 3 rows. Each row has 6-7 spaces & each row is $455. (See parking photos in photo section) Producer/renter shall secure and maintain at all times during the Production all necessary film/still photo permits for the Production as required and is the Host and Peerspace shall not be liable for any losses Producer incurs due to Producer's failure to obatin all necessary film/still permits. Film crews are not allowed to use our dumspter for trash, they must find somewhere else to throw trash away.
