This Empowerment Palace serves to promote joy and opportunity for your next gathering. This space is perfect for small gatherings. (although you are welcomed to also book my place next door as well(Sophisticated Possibilities)here on Peerspace)a 750sq.ft. eclectic and beautiful space to accommodate 50 guests). If you are thinking about hosting something larger You may host anything from Private Dinners, Baby Showers, Birthday Parties, Photo Shoots, Pop Up Shops, Girls night in, Game Night, Business meetings and other situations that bring joy and/or empowerment. Overnight stays are encouraged! This 4 bedroom house sleeps 11 comfortably. If you want to make it a night; this space also serves as an Air bnb. If you need extra space...Sophisticated Possibilities (also listed on Peerspace) may be Just what you are looking for. You MAY BOOK BOTH AS A COMBO FOR A GREAT RATE. We would love for you to ...Stay Over! THAT MEANS...you would get the house and the event pace at a low cost that will Blow your mind!!.... I just ask that you please take care of my place. This beautiful space has a relaxing front porch with seating, full kitchen, 1.5 baths, a beautiful outdoor deck with wrap around bench seating, yard space that also includes bistro lighting in the evening. We Empower Love, Strength and Happiness into our space. We also provide tables and chairs for a nominal rental fee. Event set up services are available upon request

WE Use top quality cleaning products every every event and stay. We participate in the Covid protocol for Enhanced cleaning. Hand sanitizers and disinfectant spray are displayed around the space for our guests to access.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
