Our film studio is approximately 1000 sq ft with a cozy client area, 9 wireless , iPad controlled studio lights, free wifi, 12' sound treated ceilings and wide variety of seamless backdrops and flats. ***This is the primary space for rent in this listing.
Including in this listing is a fully equipped Green Room with a private bathroom.
We have 2500 square feet of common area that makes a great holding area for talent and perfect space for meals. THIS LARGER AREA IS NOT MEANT FOR SHOOTING. Just for staging, holding and catering.
Note: Primarily a Photo/ MOS Studio, Light Sound issues could occur above between 9am - 5pm, though most sound shoots have little to no problems.

Our space is located just 2 minutes from the Journal Square path. Our space is approximately 13000 square feet and home to multiple creatives including two film production companies that can provide gear a la carte.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Our space is cleaned regularly by our in house staff. We take temperatures at the beginning of the day for any shoots that come in. We space shoot days out by project to ensure safety.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
