Cozy and comfortable, family-style, child's room, renovated kitchen, dark LR wood paneling, above ground pool. Perfect for room to spread out and use the front porch as well (for shooting and/or holding area). Let us know if you'd like to scout. Security deposit: $1500/day

Health and Safety Measures
The house will be in a fully cleaned condition prior to production. We supply health & safety rules for crew that owners follow as well. Distancing, masks, hand washing, temperatures, etc. We expect crew to have all been tested prior and let us know all are healthy (no one allowed to location who is not well.) We'd expect the crew to have a medic on set and to follow all rules accordingly, including cleaning/disinfecting on wrap.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
