Magical, large garden with several different areas outside, each with their own unique vibe and characteristics that work well for getting different shots in one location — ideal for photo and video shoots. The property is surrounded by lush vegetation, 12 large mature pine trees and a small orchard. There is also a rustic shed surrounded by pine trees that is a perfect backdrop for any shoot. All gardens are seasonal so recommend checking if there is something specific you are looking for. Downstairs of house is available for use - this includes bathroom and kitchen (and all areas shown in the pictures). The upstairs of the house (which is not included in the listed square footage) is not available for use. There is a possibility the owners may be in this upstairs area during the event, however they will remain out of sight and your event will be completely private. Please feel free to mention this before you book if you would like to discuss it.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
