About the Space
Residential home great for filming . When booking it time must include set up and teardown time. Any time outside of the booked time is billed as overtime.
The spaces pictured are available. Some space is off limits please inquire may make exceptions depending on the scenario.
Table Available and some equipment,.........Please inquire...................... Centrally located. Will consider alcohol must discuss in advance. . We have no control over sound. Any equipment left overnight will be charged additional fee. Groups 10 or more must remove trash and bring your own toiletries.If we allow a scout it's 2-3 people no more than 10 minutes. If you need another scout or additional days for prep lighting etc. You must book for that time.

Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
