Rural 1960's lake front cottage with open concept living/dining/kitchen spaces, amazing views of the lake and multi-level decking with areas for dining, fire pit and sun bathing. There are also two floating docks and a boat house. The lake views are practically 180 degrees. This home is located in a private neighborhood with other residences. The private drive in is one lane. There are 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms in this house. The entire house would be accessible. There are 3 full sized couches, 2 love seats, indoor table dining for 6 and bar top dining for 6. Outside there are 3 dining tables with umbrellas that seat 4 people each. There is also a fire pit with seating for 8 and a lower deck with seating for 8-10. Special rates available for non-profits (25% discount).

We allow at least 2 days between each booking and have a professional cleaning surface clean between guests.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
