We have amazing natural light. Back of home faves west and kitchen faves south. We have a newly built 17x35 ft pool with a lot of hard scape. My home has been featured on numerous websites. I have a very spacious bright white kitchen, a very modern office space, a huge backyard with pool*** and 4 different seating rooms on the first floor. I have 3 girls rooms and 1 boy’s room. The master bedroom closet and bathroom is luxe. My home would be suited very well for commercials and movies because there is ample space for everyone to move around. ****extra charge for pool will be utilized.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
