About the Space
Our house is a traditional, two story family home located just off the Silverlake reservoir. It kind of resembles a dolls house. It's polo blue with a blush front door and a white picket fence surrounding the front yard. There are shutters on the windows and our neighbors have dubbed it the "crown jewel" of our street. It's 3 bedrooms upstairs. Downstairs is a formal living room, a wood paneled den that leads to the backyard where a pool, jacuzzi and small lawn sit. There's also a newly renovated, chic kitchen with bright colors and airy vibes next to the open space dining room. Hard wood floors throughout as well as cute original details (The house was built in 1930) -- arched door ways and a bathroom with original green 1930's tile.

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
