This beautifully renovated backyard is the perfect place to host intimate events with 6 or less people as well as medium-sized events with 30 or less people. The space has been professionaly designed and has a sophisticated yet free-spirited charm. It's rich with natural beauty from the enourmous Italian Cypress trees that border much of the space. The space was designed to feel lilke a retreat from the city life. When you're there you will quickly forget that you're just 5 short minutes from Down Town LA or Korea Town. The space lends itself well to birthday parties, baby showers, graduation parties, and much more. There is a large turf area as well as a large concrete area, so it can be used for almost any purpose that you need. There is an on-site restroom, and there are outdoor power outlets. There is plenty of outdoor seating, including a Cabana, multiple hammocks, and an outdoor dining table. Additional Fees: There is an on-site kitchen that can be made available for an additional fee. ($50/hr) A PA can also be provided at an additional fee. ($50/hr) A microphone can be provided at an additional fee of ($10/hr) Bartenders/Servers can be made available for an additional fee. ($40/hr)

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
