We also have seamless paper backdrops available to use and included in your rental. Equipped with a private changing room as well as a separate hair and makeup space. We share a bathroom with the building but have both a mens and a women's room. The building also includes a passenger AND freight elevator allowing renters with any physical limitations access to the space and the option to bring in props easily. Our newest set includes a baby grand piano. NO PERSONS NO MATTER THE AGE MAY SIT ON TOP OF THE PIANO AT ANY TIME. Owner or staff is present in closed off office during all rentals. Our space also comes with the option to add on our client closet or use of couture angel wings which we have colors including: - Blush (pictured) - Teal - Burgundy - Rust Orange - Grey - Red - Short Black - Short Pink CLIENT CLOSET USE IS BILLED PER-CLIENT & DOES NOT INCLUDE USE OF LUXE ROBES OR GOWNS. Monday-Thursday rentals are $120/HR Friday, Saturday & Sundays are $175/HR set up and clean up time is not free. please plan accordingly. ** SUNDAYS ARE FULL DAY RENTALS ONLY (8+ HOURS) AND AVAILABILITY VARIES. MESSAGE TO DISCUSS!** Guests are responsible for full cost of replacement if any furniture or decor is damages beyond repair. We require proof of liability insurance and only rent to professional photographers. ALL surfaces are thoroughly cleaned after each session including doors and door handles. Sheets and any material touched that can be removed and washed in a washer are. Other cloth surfaces are sprayed with fabric safe disinfectant.
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
