About the Space
This 1955 desert ranch abode is nestled on top of the hill capturing the endless views of the surrounding mountains and city scape below. Designed inspired by the great southwest, embracing the desert elements and minimal approach. There’s beautiful lighting throughout the house at every hour of the day. We are also on a small ranch home to chickens, goats, pigs, and a horse. This is a great place for photoshoots, lifestyle and magazine shoots, and video tutorials, and music videos. Space Details: - All areas available to shoot except the garage and detached work garage, and inside animal enclosures. - 3 baths | 2 bedrooms - WIFI - Marshall Speaker - Full Kitchen - Farm animals - Stock tank pool

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
