About Thymele Arts
This is an open 35-foot by 60-foot loft with a flexible set up, ideal for parties, events, relaxed performances, and film. It includes a coffee bar, Wifi, refrigerators, couches, tables, and chairs. There is a small performance area at one end of the room that can accommodate a cabaret-style performance or discussion panel. It is surrounded by large windows for ample natural light and a view of the surrounding neighborhood. I am a theater guy with over 20 years of experience in Non-profit theaters and schools. The Common room is one room in a performing arts incubator space including a dance studio, rehearsal rooms, and an art Gallery.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
