We're a short walk from the scenic Old Town Alexandria waterfront, giving you easy access to beautiful outdoor backdrops between studio setups. FOR ALL VIDEO CLIENTS who need a controlled sound environment, we suggest that you book after 5 p.m. on whichever day you're booking. If you book before those times, there is a lot of business happening in the building, which causes noise that we are not able to control. So filming before 5 p.m. will be at your own discretion. After 5 p.m., the other businesses in the building close, so we are able to provide a more controlled sound environment. For all Musicians and Artists/Singers, live performances, Music Videos, or any production that will be making a lot of excessive noise need to be booked for after 5 p.m. as well.
