About the Space
Great for hairstylists looking to rent a chair but the space (360sq.) has incredible natural light and used to be a photo studio of which I'm happy to rent out for that person. There are 6 windows so lots of air ventilation. It can also be used as an office since the window sills fold out to 2 small tables, or as a yoga/pilates studio. The majority of bookings come from media productions. There is a doorbell to let guests in for privacy as well as a fully stocked bathroom.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
