The gallery is a recently renovated 2300 sq. ft space with 15 ft ceilings and white walls covered with art. ***Pricing may vary depending on the day/time and nature of your event. Please inquire via Peerspace messaging for accurate pricing*** During the day the gallery is full of sunshine coming from 50 ft wide windows. During the evening the gallery has track lighting that is adjustable. This gallery space is a great place to hold your birthday party, anniversary, workshop, corporate event and meeting, team building, and/or commercial/personal photo shoot. Capacity: 150 People Included in your rental: • Use of 9 tables (2 of them adjustable, 1 1/2 ft - 5 ft) • 2 coat racks • Two washroom • Room set up • Visual equipment : Projector • speakers and mixer (extra $175) • furniture and couches • kitchenette • back room / loading dock / catering space • Free ample parking • 4 garbage bins and bags • Some event LED lighting Please note: Art will always stay on the walls and be rotated depending on new canvases created for new collections. Sculptures and statues are moved depending on the event

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
