An immense event space with a blend of high fashion and the first bloom of spring-inspired design, built to entertain elected officials and host political events. The space features a video studio, production studio, two audio recording studios, cosmetology salon, beauty bars, commercial kitchen space, business center, and co-working spaces. Video studio equiped with backdrop system for green screens and track lighting system provides 16 million color options. Great space for podcast, talkshow, church services and rehearsals. The Consortium maintains the facility with onsite facility staff that clean spaces during each work shift. There are typically three (3) shifts during the day (Morning | Afternoon | Evening) with time allocated between shifts for cleaning.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than seven days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
