This booking is for our Main-Warehouse room (if looking for our natural-light lifestyle rooms, please see other listings).
Our Main-Warehouse room has 9 foot high ceilings. The floors are concrete. 4 Alien Bee strobes with trigger are included. The cyc wall (shown in photos) has an extra cleaning fee of $20 due upon booking if wanted.

Health and Safety Measures
We clean between each renter by providing clean bedspreads (in lifestyle rooms) and disinfecting high touch surfaces. Please be sure to leave the space as you found it. Sweep and wipe down surfaces if needed before leaving.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
