Centrally located in a prime spot in Hollywood, our bright and airy studio space is completely private and is available for rental to host your next event. The studio’s natural light and beautiful design makes this is a great space for rehearsals, weekly classes, photo and video shoots, private events, corporate gatherings, and birthday parties. * Dance space is 567 sq ft * Waiting room is about 210 sq ft and has 3 benches for seating. * The array of windows create beautiful source of natural light for best photo and video results. * Our small outdoor space can be used for a meal break. Additional chairs can be provided upon request. *3 ballerina canvases on the wall could be removed upon request. *Chairs can be provided for additional charge. * Bathroom is in the lobby.
