The blue pearl has a peaceful bohemian beach concept running through the entire space. Designed with the style and simple luxuries of a beach vacation in mind, with light grey walls, hardwood floors, cozy beds, and artwork that will be loved by beachgoers and non-alike. Distance to; *DOWNTOWN - 6 MINS *PENSACOLA BEACH - 33 MINUTES ( Depends on the time of day) The Pensacola Bay Bridge that made it a short drive to the beach remains closed following significant damage sustained during Hurricane Sally in September 2020. The detour route will be 33 minutes. SPACE BEDROOM 1 Master bedroom - Queen size bed BEDROOM 2 - Queen size bed BEDROOM 3 - 2 full-size beds comfortably sleeps 1 or 2 people on each bed (depending on the size of the individual) BATHROOM 1 Inside master bedroom- Completely updated standing shower BATHROOM 2 Located in the hallway of the bedrooms- completely updated full bathroom with tub KITCHEN - Fully equipped with modern appliances, fridge, microwave, coffee maker; blender, baking pans, dishes, cups, etc. DINING ROOM & LIVING ROOM- Open floor plan allows enough space for 8 people to lounge in the living room and dines comfortably. Wifi, Netflix included – 50” smart tv. BACKYARD & GAMES- If you're up for a little challenge take your choice between A volleyball match, Large Connect 4, Jenga, or relax on the hammock swings. PARKING - There is free parking on the driveway and in the street in front of the house. MOBILITY: There are a few stairs inside of the home to get to the entry the house. Cancellation Policy
Standard 30-day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and seven days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
