About the Space
Description: The Studio is a multi-functional space for your photo, video and event needs. Nestled near the beautiful Greenpoint waterfront in Brooklyn, the studio is central and easily accessible. The space features a 12 ft tall corner cyc and director’s viewing loft. The garage entrance allows for drive-in vehicles and drop offs. The studio is equipped with a spacious restroom inclusive of a shower and hanging hooks. The kitchenette provides water, coffee and a small fridge. It is the most versatile canvas for all creatives. Bookings that involve driving a car onto the cyc require a minimum of a half day booking (5 hours). Peerspace event pricing applies to non-commercial brand events only. Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until seven days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between seven days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn More
